What is included in a monthly stay?
The whole house, furnished and equipped: full kitchen, washer and dryer, fast WiFi, towels and linens, and off-street parking. Cleaning between your arrival and departure is available for an extra charge.
Can I get packages delivered?
Yes, on stays of 31 nights or more (28 at The Four-Bedroom House). On shorter stays, use an Amazon Locker or USPS General Delivery.
Is there a lease?
No lease. Every guest signs a short rental agreement before arrival.
Can I bring a pet for a month?
Yes, with approval. A pet fee applies, and a refundable pet deposit may apply to direct stays of 30 nights or more.
Which house works best for remote work?
The Patio House has a dedicated workspace and 300+ Mbps WiFi. The One-Bedroom has a desk by the window. The Four-Bedroom House and The Garden House have 450+ Mbps WiFi.
